Cancelation Policy

Payment for services are due in full at time of booking. No refunds will be issued for cancellations. To reschedule services you must notify the Experience 360 team within 14 days of the scheduled event. Failure to notify will result in full forfeit of payment. Reschedules will be limited to Experience 360 calendar and availability.
