Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards.  Payments can be made safely directly through the Experience 360 website. Cash payments are also accepted. All payments must be paid in full before the event date can be confirmed.

What is your refund policy?

Experience 360 will not issue any refunds  once a date is secured and payment is made. No date will be secured without full payment. If for any reason the event date is cancelled by Experience 360 all monies paid for Experience 360 services will be refunded.

Can I pay for additional hours after services have started?

Additional hours may be available, but are not guaranteed. Scheduling and staffing are secured based on agreed upon timeline. Therefore, staff will need to leave at scheduled time in order to make it to another event and can not provide additional hours of service.

Can I rent just the equipment?

Experience 360 works to offer professional and customized services for our customers. Equipment is staffed at all times.
